Colin Cox is the founder and president of Cox Consulting. Cox Consulting serves clients across North America, ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to technology startups. Colin is an expert in leadership and balanced productivity, bringing his passion to help leaders at every level achieve success, while not sacrificing fulfillment.

Colin is fascinated with the difference between success and fulfillment.  There is a problem with traditional definitions of success. It is common for high achievers to sacrificed health, family and relationships in the pursuit of traditional success: more zeroes, promotions, a bigger boat. This feeling of success is ephemeral. You never end up feeling fulfilled. You end up chasing the next dopamine hit, which is increasingly more difficult to attain. There isn’t anything wrong with success, just don’t give up fulfillment along the way.

Colin has over 26 years of international experience in business, including seven years as Chief Operating Officer for Demonware, the online studio for Activision. He has worked in Canada, the UK, and Ireland, and holds an MBA from the Open University in the UK. He is an ICF-certified executive coach, LPI-trained coach, and StrengthsFinder certified coach. He lives in North Vancouver with his wife and three boys.
