Alan Weiss’s Monday Morning Memo® – 7/15/13

Alan Weiss’s Monday Morning Memo® – 7/15/13

July 15, 2013—Issue #199

This week’s focus point: The first step in behaving differently is in THINKING differently. What do you believe about yourself and your ability to help others? I’m confident I can help others improve. That’s not arrogance, simply solid self-esteem. If you don’t exhibit that confidence, why would a prospect believe in you? My experience is that clients often think more highly of consultants than the consultants think of themselves, which adversely affects fees, repeat business, and referrals. Get a grip on how good you are!
