One of the outstanding assets of Nantucket is that, beyond the glorious settings and ocean, it has some world class restaurants. Here we are in Company of the Cauldron with chef Joseph Heller, Thomas Heller’s brother, both of The French Laundry and Per Se fame. There’s a prix fixe meal that changes daily with perhaps 15 tables. The food is magnificent and the chef is a terrific guy.
