Unmoving Pedestrians

Manhattan mid-town, around Times Square, is so congested with tourists, commuters, food carts, municipal busses (blocking intersections), sightseeing buses, huge food carts that remain overnight on the sidewalks, hawkers of knock-off goods, beggars, street “performers,” restaurant patrons, and theater-goers that foot traffic moves slower than a used DeLorean. It all brings congestion to a new intensity.

And then there’s the occasional protest….
