Where the Rubber Meets the Road

Where the Rubber Meets the Road

When people see my cars they ask me where I can drive them in Rhode Island because the roads are so bad! While that’s somewhat of an exaggeration, the point is valid.

No matter how fast and high performance your car, it can’t do well on poor roads. It can’t reach its potential. (Which is why our high speed trains are limited to speeds below their maximum—the tracks can’t support them.)

No matter how powerful your expertise and offerings, they won’t help anyone unless you’re on the right road and it’s well maintained—effective marketing, excellent responsiveness, elite service.

While you may be advised not to judge a book by its cover, that is exactly what most of us do.
