Are You Really Willing?

Are You Really Willing?

Making personal adjustments is usually more important than the esoteric “will power.” Instead of rigid diets, don't place yourself near food so often; meet friends at places other than restaurants. If you need exercise, don't put “couch potato” furniture in the media room, put a treadmill and stationary bike. And if you're tired of holding your temper near rude and obnoxious acquaintances, then shun the places they go or don't sit near them. Will power is not control, clear actions are.
