Can We Survive As Consultants?!

Can We Survive As Consultants?!

Here is the topic of the IMC conference coming up in Chicago: How Can We Survive (against the “Big 5”)?

I’m helping people globally build their practices as solo entrepreneurs through high self-esteem and powerful value, and the IMC in Chicago is worrying about survival.

    Yes.

What a poor topic. I hope it is a joke.

While some practices within the “Big 5” can do great work, smart clients know that solo and small consulting firms can offer tremendous value compared to their fees. Solo practitioners and small firms also often deliver a much higher quality and more actionable result than many of the methodology burdened firms.

I think you need to go and do a, “Don’t survive, THRIVE!” workshop at the same time as the IMC conference. Might wake some people up over there.

It’s no joke. This is what happens when you operate from a poverty mentality. And they wonder why membership is declining.
