Faulty Towers

Faulty Towers

The constant social media posts reminding all of us in the US that Denmark, Switzerland, Albania, Chad, New Zealand, Lichtenstein, and on and on are “better” than the US in a variety of metrics, from school scores to dressage, from electricity costs to sewer maintenance, are hilarious. We are a flawed country, as are all others. We try our best, and we often succeed, sometimes fail, as do all others. What's actually occurring is an innate envy of America that's now “proper” to express through odious comparisons because so many people hate Trump and his policies. That, of course, is anyone's right (although is many countries you're jailed for criticizing the government, or worse), and a great many Americans feel the same way.

But stop the nonsense, people aren't lining up to get into Denmark legally or illegally, and as a Danish client told me, “We wouldn't let them in, anyway.”

However, if you'd like Bernie Sanders to live with you, it could probably be arranged.
