Lowering Stress

Lowering Stress

If you don't like what happens to you, change the probability of it happening, or mitigate its seriousness:

If traffic jams cause irritation, take another means of travel or hire a driver, or change the dates and time.

If you hate waiting, bring along a tablet with books and games on it.

If you don't like someone's attitude or language, tell them and stop grousing about why your were afraid to do so.
