No College for Carpenters

No College for Carpenters

Both my personal physician and my landscaper/gardener have been with me for over 25 years. But it would be far more difficult to replace the latter than the former. The same with our plumber, electrician, and other tradespeople.

Driving everyone toward a furiously expensive and politically tainted college education in order to get a “ticket stamped” is not the future. “High touch” to augment “high tech” is going to be in great demand. A robot may clean my pool, but it's not going to plow my driveway or mow my lawn.
