- If you can’t get something done in 30 days, you’re not going to get it done without help, whether it’s cleaning out the garage or writing. I don’t mean something crazy, like “write a book.” But I do mean “write two chapters in a book.”
- If you get a coach or expert help and you can’t get it done in 90 days, you’re just not going to do it, period. You may not want to do it, you may not have the talent—who knows? But don’t waste more time on it.
Any true “coaching” that goes past 90 days, therefore, is simply co-dependency and is unlikely to improve your condition.
I’m not pointing this out to discourage you, but to get you working on positive issues you can truly advance, and not spin your wheels in the mud (or sink in it). Not everyone’s meant to write a book, and you can hire people to clean out the garage for you. In fact, you hire ghostwriters, as well.
