If Not Now, When?

If Not Now, When?

The more frequently we experience things the more we take them for granted. Wimbledon is not that frequent, being annual, but the World Cup is quadrennial, so it gains more attention.

Which leads me to ask, how many weekly or even daily occurrences, events, and opportunities do we ignore because they're so frequent and we feel we can always get to them? For example, calling a friend, donating time and/or money to a good cause, spending time with your kids or your parents, thinking about future needs and financial plans, maintaining your health, taking some time off?

It's a bad idea to always assume something here today will be here tomorrow.
