I’m Late When Your Bill Arrived Today?

I’m Late When Your Bill Arrived Today?

I don't know about you, but I'm increasingly receiving bills which are usually not sent first class and arrive with barely enough time to pay them and return them on time, especially if I'm away for a few days. Given the sloth of the postal service, this is often made worse. The strategy to me here is clear: Let's force the customer to be late, penalize with late fees, and encourage automatic withdrawals from the customer's account without paper bills, saving a lot of money for us.

I know, it's conspiratorial, right? But being paranoid doesn't mean that no one is following you (Woody Allen).
