    So true Alan! I have been thinking about this all my life… to be elected requires one to do certain things and behave in certain ways that often are opposite of what is required of a leaders and executives (people who actually do something). This is why the best of the best, both in terms of leadership skills and execution rarely enter politics, and if they do, even more rarely succeed and end up in high offices.
