“Street Food” Isn’t Street Food Anymore

We stopped at a food truck in Manhattan yesterday for lunch near out hotel. It featured Middle Eastern food, but had over 30 items on the menu, from breakfast, to hotdogs, to elaborate meat and chicken meals with sides. Two guys were in the truck and we've seen it there from eight in the morning to ten at night. Good food, long hours, hard work. I'm betting they'll have a restaurant in the near future.
