Happy Customers Require Happy Employees

When people enjoy themselves, they learn better, and they buy more often. That’s not exactly rocket science. Create interactions that are fun and uplifting. Enthusiasm is contagious.

I don’t buy from anyone who isn’t enthused about his or her products and services. And I don’t listen closely to analytic explanations by studious nerds.

I don’t buy Apple because of the microprocessors and I don’t fly Emirates or Jet Blue because of the engines. All of these products and services and the people who provide them are positive and cheerful. I like their attitudes.

Logic makes you think. Emotion makes you act.
