How do conference centers and hotels lure back millions of dollars in convention business when organizations can meet virtually? After all, a boring speaker is just as ineffective remotely as “live.”
Do business owners think they can “go back” to treating employees as if they were furniture? We’re returning to virtually 0 unemployment during the next year. Employees will have more leverage than ever. The new workplaces and their allure had better not be what used to be.
