It Ain’t Over Till It’s Over
In London, my bag made it from Prague, my wife’s didn’t. British Air claimed they couldn’t check them through onto Virgin Atlantic, even though we did via Air France on the way over. The British Air guy said he was positive it was in Heathrow, and that he’d find it. In 10 minutes we filled out the forms. Before we even boarded in London, I received a text telling me the bag was found and would be on a later British Air flight. We received a text last night telling us of the delivery service to our home.
This morning, our designer showed up to review plans for our renovations, and had with her Maria’s bag, which had been left at the front of our gate with no advice to us, 200 yards away and out of sight.
Computers can find bags, but only humans can screw up service.
