Meeting Buyers

You can use remote means more and more to deliver, especially to serve as a trusted advisor, which is the best way do to that in any case. But you can’t create relationships very well remotely, and you still need to meet buyers personally. Depending on what “phase” your locality is in, that can range from meetings in an office, to a meal at a restaurant or club, to a walk in a park. The quality of your proposals and the size of your projects will be far larger if you take the time to develop a relationship, personally. The very real and important health issues in these times require prudence, but not hibernation.
