Passover and Good Friday
Today is Passover, the Jewish holiday commemorating the “passing over” of Jewish homes by God as He destroyed the first-born of the Egyptians, liberating the Jews from slavery.
Today is also Good Friday, commemorating the day Jesus was crucified and died on the cross, atoning for the sins of the world.
In a sense, for both religions, the focus is on redemption, atonement, and a new life.
No matter what you believe or don’t believe, I’d like to take this occasion to wish you all a continually improving life that enables you to help others and improve the world.
