Who Was That Unmasked Man?

Who Was That Unmasked Man?

About 60% of the attendees at my session in Atlanta on Wednesday wore masks. I found just two issues with the masks.

First, it was hard to hear some people who chose not to remove them when speaking. I dealt with this by moving closer to them (very easy with distanced seating).

Second, I had little if any idea if people were laughing, smiling, frowning, or perplexed most of the time. I dealt with this by assuming they were all having a great time and that I was highly effective. (After all, they’re adults, and if the have questions or are confused, they’ll stop me.)

When they wanted photos with me at the conclusion, the masks came off!
