Why Goats Can’t Fly

Why Goats Can’t Fly

I've found that coaches who can successfully make adjustments during halftime (or even time out) are the most likely to field winning teams.

Too many professionals stay with failing business models because they've put so much time, money, and repute into them. Tuck your ego away and get some objective feedback. When I reject a coaching prospect because I'm told, “I'll listen to advice, but I'm not going to change my business approach,” I tell them that for all my skills I still can't square a circle, so it's not going to work.

Change your expectations, adjust to disruptions in society, technology, finance, communications, and so forth. Too many of you are refugees from large companies (as am I) but now you have a worse boss.
