It's about brevity. Tell people what they need to know, not everything that you know. Stop the presentation and be content with the conversation. If you must tell that great story for the millionth time, tell it to your dog. Your dog

If you approach a prospect as a sales person, or vender, with a program or service to sell, you will be seen as a commodity. The prospect will focus on price comparisons and decide whether your particular alternative is needed
