Fisher Non-Investments: Dumb-Ass Stupid Management

Fisher Non-Investments: Dumb-Ass Stupid Management

There’s an outfit called Fisher investments which constantly places adds and commentary on Linkedin which are ridiculous (such as retiring with a $500,000 portfolio and how to invest it). I’d occasionally comment to show the ridiculous nature of the promotion.

Now, Fisher has prevented people from making comments! I love that. If you’re challenged, stick your hands over your ears and scream loudly. I remember the postal service’s failure to meet the goal of box mail being delivered by 8:30, so they changed the standard to 11:00! In other words, if you can’t meet the goal, lower it!

If you can’t deal with feedback, prevent it!

(One of my readers just sent me this: “I agree. The guy is creepy and his commercials are dumb. He recently made comments at a conference that getting new clients is like getting into a girl’s pants. You need to build trust. He is now losing investments left and right in the billion dollar range. Not surprised he turned off comments. Once again you are spot on.”)
